ORDERING

Add the items you need to your shopping cart, get a shipping quote, and your grand total will be displayed. We accept all major forms of payment, such as cash, credit, debit, wire transfer, ACH, money orders, or PayPal. If you are paying by check, it will take 5-7 business days for the check to clear before we can release your order. If intend to use a Purchase Order, please send Purchase Order and quote to [email protected] for approval.

Ordering with multiple cards: If you would like to pay for an order with multiple credit cards, you can purchase a gift card for the amount you would like to put on each credit card. You can then enter the gift card code(s) into your shopping cart when submitting your order online.

TROUBLE WITH CHECKOUT

"Gateway Error" or "Credit Card Declined" Messages: If you received a "Gateway Error" and/or "Credit Card Declined" message, this indicates that the credit card information entered was either incorrect or declined. You may see a "pending transaction" on your statement for this decline, but it will be removed by your bank within (3) business days. In order to properly submit your order, please check the following:

  1. Credit card number, expiration date, and security code entered are correct
  2. Billing zip code for your credit card is correct
  3. Check with your bank for any credit card purchasing limits and/or that sufficient funds are available to make the purchase
  4. Please wait at least 2 minutes in between attempted transactions

Your order was successfully submitted if you receive an order confirmation number on the successful checkout page and via e-mail immediately after purchase (check spam just in case). If none of the above solutions worked for you or if you have any additional questions, please contact us at [email protected] to complete your purchase and we will help resolve any issues you may be experiencing.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility with exceptions only for damaged and/or defective items, shipping errors, and select free shipping items. Deliveries to remote locations or properties that do not have adequate entry access for delivery companies may incur additional charges. Please note, Get RX'd cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, power outages, or other acts of nature beyond our control. Please see the Returns section below for information on our return policy.

An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the provided email address after you place an order online. Once an order is placed, we estimate a maximum of 6 business days for orders to be packed and shipped from the Get RX'd headquarters in Houston, Texas, USA. Once an order is shipped, tracking will be emailed within (1) business day. Please review the below information pertaining to the shipment method you selected.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on select products in the continental US 48 states. Certain locations require additional handling and may not qualify for free shipping. We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order in the event that it does not meet free shipping qualifications.

When combining free shipping and non-free shipping items, the shipping cost is calculated based only on the non-free shipping items. Combining orders and changes to the delivery address may affect your order's eligibility for the free shipping promotion. Requests for expedited shipping or guaranteed delivery shipments will incur additional fees and may affect your order's eligibility for the free shipping promotion. We reserve the right to choose the safest and most cost-efficient shipping method to ship all orders that include free shipping items.

Select free shipping items are eligible for a 10% discount for in-store pickups.

Shipping Methods

Freight Truck Shipments

The carrier will call you roughly (1) day in advance to schedule a delivery appointment window. You must be present for the delivery window you set with the driver to avoid additional storage and/or re-delivery fees from the carrier. Delivery via freight truck is curbside only. The driver is not required to assist in unloading your shipment. Please be prepared to have additional hands on deck to assist you with your delivery. Certain items such as barbells, racks, and pull-up rigs may not have liftgate capabilities, meaning they will not be lowered from the bed of the truck to the ground upon delivery. For these deliveries, please be prepared to unload by hand with a couple of friends. You are responsible for taking the delivery inside your home or building. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us for more info or to make changes if necessary.

Freight Damage and/or Missing Items: The recipient is responsible for inspecting all shipments upon arrival and will be liable for any repairs and/or damages not noted on the delivery receipt. Open your packages immediately. Concealed damage or missing items must be reported within 72 hours or your claim will be denied. Ground Service Shipments

The packages will be left at the door of your ship to address. It is best to be present when the packages are delivered. If you are not able to be present, you can call FedEx Customer Service and request that they hold it at their location for you to pick up. Free Shipping items may be shipped via Freight Truck, instead of Ground based on weight.

Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available by appointment. When placing an online order, select the Store Pick Up option at checkout. A link to schedule a pickup appointment will be in your order confirmation email.



International Orders and Orders Outside of the Continental USA

International Shipping: "Free Shipping" promotions are not valid on orders outside of the continental USA. International orders may require additional shipping costs and requirements. International customers are responsible for any and all shipping expenses and customs fees that may be associated with the order.

International Returns, Replacements, and Warranty: International customers are responsible for any and all shipping expenses to and from the Get RX'd warehouse in the event of a return, replacement, or warranty request. In the rare event that an item is missing from your order, a replacement is required, or a warranty issue arises, GetRX'd is under no obligation to send a new item separately and shipping expenses would be the responsibility of the purchaser.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Depending on the order status, you may be able to cancel your order. To check the status of your order and request a cancellation, please email [email protected]. Please note that tracking information for certain shipping orders, such as orders shipped via freight, is sent the business day after the orders have shipped.


RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you’re unsatisfied with your new equipment, we accept returns on unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All returns, including free shipping items, will incur a 15% restocking fee, and roundtrip shipping costs (costs to and from the Get RX’d warehouse) will be deducted from your refund. We will inform you of the restocking fees and shipping fees prior to authorizing your return. You are responsible for insuring any parts or products returned to Get RX’d and you assume the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

We do not accept returns on custom-made products such as turf, rolled rubber flooring, custom pull-up rigs, etc.

Authorized returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. If you are receiving a replacement, we ask that you return the item being replaced within 30 days to avoid any charges.



WARRANTY

Get RX'd and Xebex Fitness warranty applies to the original user of the product for a period specified pertaining to each individual product from the date of the purchase. Warranties on products not manufactured by Get RX'd or Xebex Fitness will be observed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Additional warranty information can be found on the product page of the website.

All warranty claims will require a picture or video to be sent to [email protected]. From there, it will be determined if we require the product to be sent back to the Get RX'd warehouse or not. The purchasing party is responsible for round-trip shipping to and from Get RX'd warehouse for all warranty claims. However, we address each situation on a case-by-case basis. Get RX'd provides you with the finest equipment possible. We warrant to the customer that the products herein sold are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years (depending on item) from date hereof. This warranty is Get RX'ds sole warranty here under and does not cover, and is intended to exclude any liability on the part of the Get RX'd Equipment whether under this warranty or under any warranty implied by law, for any indirect or consequential damages for breach hereof or thereof. Any and all warrants implied by law shall be limited to 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years (depending on item) from date hereof. Get RX'ds sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair, or at its option, replace, at its expense, any defective part or parts. Buyer must receive Get RX'ds written approval to return part or parts from inspection and no charges for repair will be accepted by Get RX'd without its written authorization. Get RX'd specifically excludes any warranty expressed or implied for any product which has been manufactured according to buyers own design, prints or specifications. Installation of our products is the responsibility of the buyer who assumes any liability for damage to property or injury. While every attempt is made to embody the highest degree of protection in all equipment, we cannot, however, guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk of injury due to use. All merchandise is sold on the condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change. Equipment should be inspected periodically by user for damage and wear and tested for stability. All sporting and PE activities carry the risk of injury to the participants. Improperly maintained equipment and inadequately supervised programs are significant contributing factors. All equipment must be thoroughly inspected and maintained to reduce the risk to the users.

Xebex Warranty includes all of the above. Get RX'd warrants to the original purchaser of this Xebex branded product (the "Product") that the frame of the Product shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. All other parts and components of the Product shall be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase when the Product is used under as recommended by Get RX'd under normal uses and conditions. During the warranty period Get RX'd will at no additional charge to you, repair or replace (at Get RXd option) the frame or any part of the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Limited Warranty. Any and all labor cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser or owner. If a Product requires shipment, delivery or transport it is the purchaser's sole responsibility to pay for any fees associated with servicing of a Product. Any evidence of alteration, erasing, or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents voids this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty applies only to Product purchased from Get RX'd or from an authorized Get RX'd reseller.

Xebex Warranty does not include: This Limited Warranty applies only for Product sold in the United States under the Xebex brand name. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on items such as, but not limited to, transportation wheels, foot pedals, rubber grips, plastic end caps, scratched parts, broken covers, cosmetic damage, and excludes paint, powder coat, and finish. Wear items pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear and tear resulting from normal usage. This warranty is void if the Produce is improperly stored, assembled, altered, and/or modified in any way, misused, abused, is subject to accident, is improperly maintained, and this warranty does not cover repair for any noises such as squeaks, clunks, thumps resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance. Damage due to improper assembly is not covered by the warranty. Common assembly errors can include damaged wire harnesses, stripped screws and nuts, crank arms, or damaged threads. If the serial number has been removed, altered or defaced, the warranty for the affected unit is voided. This Limited Warranty does extend to any Product that is damaged or rendered defective; (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) use with the Product of any part not manufactured or sold by Xebex; (c) by modification of the Product; (d) by normal wear and tear; (e) operation using incorrect power supplies; or (f) as a result of service by anyone other than Xebex, or an authorized Xebex service provider. This Limited Warranty is void if the Product serial number has been defaced or removed. Should any Product be submitted for warranty service be found ineligible, an estimate of repair cost will be furnished.
